What qualifies as a same-day adjustment
The current Same-Day Website Partner plan reserves up to three working hours each month. The boundaries protect quick turnaround and clear expectations.

- Final materialsThe copy, images, links, and approvals needed to complete the edit are supplied.
- Small scopeThe work normally takes 30 minutes or less and does not introduce a new layout or feature.
- Before noon ETEligible requests received by noon Eastern on a business day are normally completed that day.
- One active requestOne item moves through the visual review workflow at a time.
- Visible confirmationThe team can review the exact change and confirm it or reopen the request.

What is included in same-day website help?
Up to three working hours of small adjustments each month, one active request at a time, with final copy and assets supplied through the visual request workflow.
Are all requests finished the same day?
Eligible small edits received by noon Eastern on a business day are normally completed that day. New pages, features, integrations, emergencies, and third-party delays are scoped separately.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. The plan reserves monthly capacity and context rather than banking unlimited production time.
Am I locked into website care forever?
No permanent lock-in is required. The written agreement defines the initial term, ownership, third-party services, and handoff.
